After filling out the form below, you will receive an automated response within a couple of minutes. It includes a link to our free franchise report and will include a “Request for Consideration” (RFC) form. Our franchise development coordinator will be in touch right away as well. That first phone call is short and meant to be an opportunity for any initial questions to be answered.

The RFC will determine if an applicant meets the financial qualifications to get started. You are under no obligation to us when you submit the RFC.

Once we have received your RFC we will reach out and share more about the franchise. At that point, you will be provided with a copy of Planet Smoothie’s Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). The FDD provides details about the franchise opportunity and outlines the business relationship between Kahala Brands and our franchisees. It is a large document, with a lot of legal language that is required by federal and state regulators, so if you’ve never seen one before, it may seem complicated. We can answer any questions you have about the contents of the FDD. Before you sign an agreement with us, we encourage you to review it with your accountant and/or a franchise attorney.

As you begin a more in-depth review, you will have the opportunity to speak with several Planet Smoothie franchise owners. We will provide you their contact information, and we will be happy to make introductions on your behalf.

After you’ve signed your Franchise Agreement, we begin taking the concrete steps necessary to open your Planet Smoothie store. It’s time to dive into the tasks and duties required to get your store up and running — site selection, lease negotiations, design and construction, training, etc. You’ll never be left alone during this process. Our dedicated team supports you heavily during this phase. We develop a customized plan for each new store and help you keep on track with your goals.
