Back-office systems, ongoing support
From that jumping-off point, the activity moves to training around hiring a staff, and then putting all systems in place for everyday operations.

And at the same time, the owner is learning about the inventory control, accounting and other back-office functions that come as a part of his or her franchise agreement.
